Additional Information

All cleaning equipment – trash liners, vacuums, etc. – is provided completely by us. While on your property, our staff refrains from any eating, drinking, or smoking.

Entry: A majority of our customers provide either a key or security code for entry. If you do not, please ensure all alarms are turned off prior to our staff’s arrival.
Cancellation Notice: If you choose to cancel your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice. There is a $30 lock-out fee when an appointment is not cancelled but our staff is unable to enter the premises.
Children: Do not leave any small children unattended if they are home at the time of your cleaning appointment.
Pets: All animals living in the premises must be secured before our staff’s arrival.
Extra Work: If you require any extra work in your home, please give us at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of a cleaning appointment, or a billing arrangement can be made.
